The analysis completes such tasks as: Evaluating our client's contractual agreements with other agencies, considers cost factors of current service providers, reviews current customer retention strategies, completes a program demography to determine what your program or business looks like today, considers your mission and vision statements and the like. Using these factors and many others, The COE is able to present you with an operations assessment to catapult you and your leadership team into effective planning for correction and future benefit – or what we call Operations Planning .
